Terms and Conditions of Use for the ezspin2 Platform

Definitions and Interpretation

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following expressions and words carry the meanings as stated, unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ezspin2" / "we" / "us" — refers to the ezspin2 online gambling platform operating under international licensing and accessible via the website ezspin2.one.
• "Player" / "you" / "user" — refers to any individual who registers an account or uses any of the services provided by ezspin2.

Registration Eligibility

User Account

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the ezspin2 platform at any time. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

During the registration process, players are required to provide accurate, current and complete information, including their full name matching their identification document, an active mobile number, and a valid email address. Players are responsible for updating their account information should any changes occur.

Deposits and Withdrawals

The ezspin2 platform supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• DuitNow
• Online banking via FPX (including major Malaysian banks)
• Cryptocurrency: USDT, BTC and ETH

The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is RM20. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. ezspin2 does not charge processing fees for standard deposit or withdrawal transactions, however third-party payment providers may impose their own charges that are outside our control.

Withdrawals are usually processed within 10 to 45 minutes after a request is submitted and approved. This timeframe may be affected by ongoing verification processes or system conditions at the time.

All financial transactions must be made using a payment method registered in the player's own name. Using a payment account belonging to a third party is prohibited and may result in the withdrawal being held until identity verification is completed.

ezspin2 reserves the right to request supporting documents to process withdrawals that exceed certain limits or that show unusual transaction patterns, as part of its anti-money laundering compliance procedures.

Bonuses and Promotions

ezspin2 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each offer is subject to specific terms and conditions stated at the time the offer is launched. The following conditions apply generally to all bonuses:

200% Welcome Bonus: New players are eligible to receive a welcome bonus of 200% of their first deposit amount, up to a maximum of RM500. For example, a deposit of RM100 gives a bonus of RM200 (account balance: RM300), while a deposit of RM600 or more gives the maximum bonus of RM500 (account balance: RM1,100).

Before any winnings from bonus funds can be withdrawn, players must meet a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount received. Using the example above: a bonus of RM200 requires RM200 × 10 = RM2,000 in wagers before withdrawal is allowed; a bonus of RM500 requires RM500 × 10 = RM5,000.

• Only one welcome bonus is allowed per new player. Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.
• ezspin2 reserves the right to cancel or modify promotional offers at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse or manipulate the bonus system, including opening multiple accounts, may result in the bonus being cancelled and the account being closed.
• Unused bonus funds will expire after the period specified in the relevant promotion's terms.

The ezspin2 VIP Programme provides weekly cashback based on membership tier: Bronze (up to 0.3%), Silver (up to 0.6%), Gold (up to 0.9%), Platinum (up to 1.2%) and Diamond (up to 1.5%). VIP tier upgrades depend on playing activity and are at ezspin2's discretion.

Game Rules

All games available on the ezspin2 platform — including slots, live casino, sports betting, crash games and card games — have individual rules explained within each game's interface. Players are encouraged to familiarise themselves with the rules of each game before placing bets.

• Information provided during registration is found to be false or misleading.
• The player does not meet the minimum age requirement of 21 years.

Players may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the ezspin2 support team via live chat or email. Account closure requests will be processed once all relevant wagering requirements have been met and there are no outstanding verification issues.

In cases of account closure due to confirmed fraud, ezspin2 reserves the right to forfeit any funds remaining in the account and to report the matter to the relevant authorities.

Limitation of Liability

The ezspin2 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ezspin2 makes no warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the continuous availability or accuracy of the platform.

ezspin2 will not be liable for any losses arising from:

• Service interruptions or downtime caused by system maintenance or circumstances beyond our control.
• Disputed game outcomes that have been processed in accordance with the applicable game rules.
• Financial losses resulting from gambling activity carried out by the player themselves.
• Unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from the player's own negligence in safeguarding their password.

In all circumstances, ezspin2's maximum liability to any player will not exceed the total deposits made into that player's account in the 30 days preceding the liability claim.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

ezspin2 reserves the right to modify, add to or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any amendments will take effect immediately upon the updated version being published on this website.
